We use the information we have (including your activity of our Products, such as the websites you visit and ads you see) to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services, and understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services.

We use the information we have (including from research partners we collaborate with) to conduct and support research and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health and well-being.

We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Products or who use Facebook Business Tools to grow their businesses, which makes it possible to operate our companies and provide free services to people around the world. We don’t sell any of your information to anyone and we never will. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide. We provide aggregated statistics and insights that help people and businesses understand how people are engaging with their activities and other content on and off the App Products. We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their ads are performing, but we don’t share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission. We also confirm which App ads led you to make a purchase or take an action with an advertiser.

When you subscribe to receive premium content or buy something from a seller in our Products, the content creator or seller can receive your public information and other information that you share with them, as well as the information needed to complete the transaction, including shipping and contact details.

We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Products are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.


If You have an account with Us on Our Platform, We provide You the ability to exercise certain controls regarding our collection, use, and sharing of Your information. In accordance with local law, your controls and choices may include: 

(i) You may correct, update and delete your registration account; 

(ii) You may change your choices for subscriptions, newsletters and alerts; 

(iii) You may choose whether to receive from us offers and promotions

for our products and services, or products and services that we think may be of

interest to you;

(iv) You can choose not to provide Us with certain information; however please be aware this may result in You being unable to use certain features of Our Platform. 

(v) Our Platform may also deliver notifications to Your email or mobile device. You can avoid or disable these notifications by deleting or terminating the Platform or by making changes in the Platform settings. 

(vi) You are solely liable and responsible for any information You provide and/or share using the Platform.


We adopt reasonable security practices and procedures to help safeguard Your personal information under Our control from unauthorized access. However, You acknowledge that no

Internet transmission or system or server can be 100% secure. Therefore, although We take all reasonable steps to secure Your personal information, We do not promise or guarantee the same, and You should not expect that Your personal information, or other communications while using the Platform will always remain secure and safeguarded by Us. You should always exercise caution while providing, sharing or disclosing Your personal information using the
